Our stay was pleasant overnight, liked gorgeous breakfasts.
The hotel was a chilled-out base for enjoying a calm area, close to arles as well as vineyards. The room we had included a safe, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and coffee and tea making equipment. The breakfast had a lot of outstanding food and drinks:)))

The idea of having a family room was great. Remote location not far from nature, Avignon, and Arles, in a fairly quiet area. - the staff were helpful and affable overall.

We were staying in bungalow. It was very quiet. We had the best night sleep and completely relaxed and recovered after our intensive trip to Spain. We enjoyed a picturesque landscape, and beautiful architecture, sunbath at the pool, and horseback riding tour kindly booked through the hotel. Also the restaurant is superb.
Tennis and ping pong nets are asking for replacement.

Well over rated and over priced! The management of this hotel needs to revise it's policies and take a good look of the rooms state.

I liked the hotel, the environment is great! A little more attention should be given to make it look more 2011 and less 1970...! I liked very much the restaurant!

Comfortable room with plenty of space, complete with a cozy setup of a table and chairs. Plus, we had a lovely balcony to enjoy and the bed was all decked out in soft cotton sheets! 🌟

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this charming hotel in Salon-de-Provence. The hotel's decoration exudes a warm and inviting atmosphere, with a touch of traditional Provencal style. The general areas are beautifully maintained and adorned with lovely floral arrangements. As a senior woman, I appreciated the easy accessibility throughout the hotel, with well-lit hallways and elevators conveniently located. It was a pleasure to explore the peaceful gardens and take in the picturesque views of the surrounding countryside. The tranquil ambiance of the hotel provided the perfect retreat for a relaxing vacation.
If I had one small request for improvement, it would be for the children working there to provide more assistance to senior guests. A little extra attentiveness when it comes to helping with luggage or providing guidance and information would make the vacation even more enjoyable for senior people like myself.

The staff were friendly and accommodating. Lovely setting under the trees. Spacious room with full amenities. Nice pool area. Good food in the restaurant. Close to vineyards and attractions in Avignon and Arles. 24/7 reception and secured parking. Pet-friendly.
Not obvious to find.

The location of the hotel was secluded and it offered a peaceful Christmas away from the bustling city. the rooms were clean and the staff was pleasant. the complimentary breakfast had an adequate variety of food to choose from.
The hotel felt very outdated and in dire need of renovation. the heating system was not efficient and the rooms were very cold.

The hotel's cozy and rustic decoration made me feel right at home. With its vintage furniture and quaint ambiance, it truly captured the essence of Provence. The common areas were easily accessible for senior people like me, with comfortable seating and clear pathways throughout the hotel.
The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is a more pronounced presence of the staff. While they were friendly and helpful, it would have been nice to have a little more assistance and attention from the young ones working there.
